FenX Business Analyst

Must Have

§ Strong experience in supporting Fenergo’ s CLM SaaS platform FenX.

§ 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain.

§ Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and CDD processes.

§ Hands-on experience with CLM platforms (preferably FenX).

§ Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Datadog.

§ Experience in Agile delivery models and stakeholder management.

§ Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Preferred

§ Fenergo certified on configuration.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
