Ferrari Automotive Technician

Job Purpose

To perform vehicle maintenance and repair work by factory standards.

Accountability Area:

• Perform allocated repairs according to the Manufacturer’s repair procedures to obtain high-quality repairs.
• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections, following manufacturer guidelines.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using diagnostic equipment and computer software.
• Repair or replace faulty components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and electrical systems.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts inventory.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain diagnosis and repair options, provide cost estimates, and address any concerns.
• Stay updated on industry developments, new technologies, and advancements in automotive repair techniques through training and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with other team members, including service advisors and parts personnel, to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.
• Avoid waste of time to improve productivity.
• Proper use of tools, equipment & shop manuals to keep in good condition.
• Attend training & self-study to improve skills & product knowledge
• Feedback to the Team leader on the additional repair required to get customer/insurance approval.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the working area to ensure a healthy & safe working environment.
• Follow the vehicle’s cleanliness cautions to obtain customer satisfaction
• safely conduct work by using suitable PPE required for the job and observing fire and safety regulations.
• Service Excellence standards: Pursue excellence in servicing customers, colleagues, and all company personnel.
• Perform other related duties as requested or required.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations when handling hazardous materials and operating machinery.

Safety:

• Adhere to the company’s QHSE Management system procedures & Guidelines.
• safely perform the work without causing any risk to health, safety, and the environment.
• Notify hazards and HSE-related incidents to the QHSE Officer to prevent recurrence.

Education/ Qualification

• High School graduate or technical education in the automotive field.

Work Experience

• 5 years of field experience in the same position with any Automobile Agency/ Dealer.

Knowledge

• Vehicle knowledge

• Experienced in performing different mechanical & electrical work.
• Physically fit & hard worker.
• Responsible & reliable
• Solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
