Job Purpose
To perform vehicle maintenance and repair work by factory standards.
Accountability Area:
- Perform allocated repairs according to the Manufacturer’s repair procedures to obtain high-quality repairs.
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections, following manufacturer guidelines.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using diagnostic equipment and computer software.
- Repair or replace faulty components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and electrical systems.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts inventory.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain diagnosis and repair options, provide cost estimates, and address any concerns.
- Stay updated on industry developments, new technologies, and advancements in automotive repair techniques through training and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with other team members, including service advisors and parts personnel, to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.
- Avoid waste of time to improve productivity.
- Proper use of tools, equipment & shop manuals to keep in good condition.
- Attend training & self-study to improve skills & product knowledge
- Feedback to the Team leader on the additional repair required to get customer/insurance approval.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the working area to ensure a healthy & safe working environment.
- Follow the vehicle’s cleanliness cautions to obtain customer satisfaction
- safely conduct work by using suitable PPE required for the job and observing fire and safety regulations.
- Service Excellence standards: Pursue excellence in servicing customers, colleagues, and all company personnel.
- Perform other related duties as requested or required.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations when handling hazardous materials and operating machinery.
Safety:
- Adhere to the company’s QHSE Management system procedures & Guidelines.
- safely perform the work without causing any risk to health, safety, and the environment.
- Notify hazards and HSE-related incidents to the QHSE Officer to prevent recurrence.
Education/ Qualification
- High School graduate or technical education in the automotive field.
Work Experience
- 5 years of field experience in the same position with any Automobile Agency/ Dealer.

- Experienced in performing different mechanical & electrical work.
- Physically fit & hard worker.
- Responsible & reliable
- Solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
