Program Overview:

• Real Work Experience: Participate in meaningful projects and daily operations to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment
• Learning and Development: Access a series of e-learning resources customized for your professional growth with support from a dedicated leader throughout your journey
• Innovation and Initiative: Take the reins and showcase your creativity by developing and presenting a project of your own design
• Expand Your Network: Connect with professionals to be visible for future career opportunities and fellow interns to make some friends from different functions

About You:

• Enthusiastic new graduates—or preferably 3rd or 4th-year bachelor’s students or master’s students—to join us for a part time paid internship (minimum three days per week) lasting 11 months
• Candidates with a keen interest in the food industry, ready to blend their academic knowledge with practical experience
• Excellent communicators with problem-solving skills, a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit
• Methodical thinkers who are committed, logical, and process-oriented
• Proficiency in both English and Turkish (verbal and written) is a must
