Job Overview

NEXA Engineering Consulting is seeking a creative and detail-oriented FF&E Designer to join our design team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in furniture, fixtures, and equipment design for residential and hospitality projects, with a deep understanding of materials, finishes, and sourcing. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical knowledge, and practical coordination skills to bring interior design concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present FF&E concepts in line with project design vision and client requirements.

• Source, specify, and coordinate materials, furniture, finishes, and accessories.

• Prepare detailed FF&E schedules, mood boards, and presentations.

• Collaborate with interior design, procurement, and project teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution.

• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure design integrity and compliance with project standards.

• Stay updated on market trends, materials, and sustainable design solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FF&E design, preferably within the UAE.

• Proven background in high-end residential projects .

• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture design, and suppliers.

• Excellent presentation and coordination skills.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
