FF&E Designer.

Talent360 is hiring for one of our clients' FF&E Designer to take ownership of FF&E packages, sourcing, specifications, and coordination across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the selection and specification of furniture, finishes, fabrics, lighting, and accessories.
• Prepare complete FF&E schedules, cost estimates, and material boards.
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors.
• Develop presentations and collaborate with the design team on project concepts.
• Ensure all selections meet project budgets, timelines, and design intent.
• Guide junior designers and review their work.
• Participate in site visits to oversee installation and quality.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–4+ years of experience specifically in FF&E.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, fabrics, and accessories.
• Strong vendor network and sourcing skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.
• High creativity, taste level, and attention to detail.
