This position is required to ensure continuity of FF&E support across all active and upcoming projects. The role is essential to maintain project delivery, manage FF&E scopes, support coordination with suppliers and consultants, and avoid delays or increased workload on the remaining team.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of dedicated FF&E experience within design or multidisciplinary consultancy environments.

Strong experience across healthcare and workplace projects; hospitality, residential, and retail experience is an advantage.

Proven ability to manage FF&E design development, specifications, schedules, cut sheets, and coordination independently.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe InDesign & Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.

Familiarity with FF&E platforms such as SpecSources (or similar)

Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture systems, and joinery coordination.

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills; able to mentor junior team members.

Solid understanding of materials, finishes, furniture systems, and FF&E specifications.

Strong technical skills in developing Sample boards, FF&E layouts, joinery details, and coordination drawings.

Experience supporting projects through detailed design, IFC, and construction stages.

Excellent coordination and communication skills with consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently against tight deadlines.

Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budget constraints and procurement processes effectively.

Strong experience in FF&E layouts, ensuring all furniture and equipment are accurately placed and aligned with design intent

Experience in preparing and coordinating FF&E schedules, cut sheets, and specifications

Good understanding of coordination with architectural and MEP requirements, ensuring layouts are practical and buildable
