FF&E Designer Assistant

Position : FF &E Designer Assistant

Role & Responsibilities:

Support the Showroom Manager in meetings, client workshops, and day-to-day showroom activities .

Attend meetings independently when required and brief the team on updates and action pointsAssist with furniture concepts, new models, materials, and FF&E development . .

Prepare presentations, mood boards, sketches, and CAD drawings

Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and workshops for samples, prototypes, and production

Support project coordination, scheduling, and progress tracking to meet deadlines

Conduct quality checks to ensure design, budget, and specification compliance

Maintain project documentation, reports, and administrative tasks

Stay up to date with furniture design trends, materials, and market developments

.Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Furniture Design, Interior Design, or a related field

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office

Strong organizational and communication skills

Eye for design, color, texture, and detail

Knowledge of furniture materials, production processes, and FF&E
