FF&E Procurement Executive

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic FF&E Procurement Executive to join our prestigious residential luxury furniture company in Dubai. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing the procurement of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) to ensure timely delivery and superior quality for high-end residential projects. Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end FF&E procurement processes including sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management. - Coordinate with design teams to understand project requirements and specifications for FF&E. - Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, price, delivery schedules, and compliance with company standards. - Ensure timely delivery of purchased items and maintain inventory levels to meet project deadlines. - Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and follow up on order status to mitigate any risks of delay. - Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new products within the luxury furniture sector. - Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth handling and installation of FF&E items. - Prepare and manage procurement budgets and reports to track expenditures and savings. - Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant industry regulations during the procurement process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in FF&E procurement, preferably within the luxury furniture or interior design industry. - Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with a proven track record of cost optimization. - Excellent knowledge of the residential luxury furniture market and materials. - Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with great attention to detail. - Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external suppliers. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
