Job Purpose
The FF&E Project Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and execution of Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) packages for interior fit-out projects. The role involves coordinating between design, procurement, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and accurate installation as per approved specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate FF&E scope from design finalisation through procurement, delivery, and installation.
- Review FF&E schedules, drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with designers, project teams, and vendors to ensure approved selections are followed.
- Track FF&E procurement status, lead times, deliveries, and installation schedules.
- Ensure samples, mock-ups, and shop drawings are submitted and approved on time.
- Coordinate site readiness and installation sequencing with Project Managers and site teams.
- Verify delivered FF&E items against approved specifications and quantities.
- Maintain clear records of approvals, revisions, delivery notes, and warranties.
- Support snag closure and handover documentation related to FF&E.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Min. 5 years of UAE experience in FF&E coordination within interior fit-out or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of FF&E materials, suppliers, and installation processes.
- Ability to read drawings, FF&E schedules, and specifications.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and timelines simultaneously.
