FF&E Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain & FF&E Specialist to oversee the ordering, tracking, and receiving of furniture and materials. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in procurement and supply chain operations, with solid technical knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of furniture and materials, including sourcing, ordering, and follow-ups with suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery of all FF&E items.
• Oversee the receiving process: checking quantities, specifications, quality, and reporting discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update the system/ERP for all incoming and outgoing items.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, and product details to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare purchase orders, delivery schedules, and progress reports.
• Work closely with the design, sales, and project teams to forecast stock needs and support upcoming projects.
• Resolve supply delays, quality issues, or damage claims professionally and in a timely manner.
• Optimize supply chain processes and suggest improvements for cost efficiency and workflow enhancement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics—preferably in the furniture or interior fit-out industry.
• Strong understanding of FF&E technical specifications, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in ERP/Inventory systems and MS Office (Excel is a must).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and suppliers simultaneously.

Preferred

• Experience in furniture manufacturing, interior projects, or fit-out supply chain.
• Knowledge of quality checks and handling of furniture items.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
