Key Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee FFM & Retail Operations in GCC (Qatar ,Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain)

Lead and manage visual merchandisers, promoters, and team leaders across the region.

Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews (Bi Weekly).

Partner Relationship Management:
-
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with partners’ HQs, buyers, and regional operation teams.

Act as a bridge between Samsung, Cheil UAE, and local partners/stores.

Operational Alignment & Communication:
-
Ensure all communications between GCC client teams and Cheil UAE office are streamlined and aligned with strategic direction.

Provide regular operational updates, reporting, and escalation as required.

Assessment & Strategic Recommendations:

Re-assess the effectiveness of current field force deployments and provide recommendations on optimization (reallocation, retraining, replacement if needed).

Review shop display execution and provide improvement plans to uplift brand presence.

Performance Visibility & Sales Contribution:

Provide real-time intelligence and market insights to improve tactical and strategic decision-making.

Support local execution of key campaigns to maximize visibility and sales outcomes.

Content & Execution Ownership:

Act as the single point of contact for GCC retail content deployment (POP, POSM, VM content, training materials).

Ensure timely and accurate implementation of management directives.

Develop Holistic Improvement Plan:

Craft a comprehensive roadmap covering VM, promoter, retail operations, and partner collaboration for each GCC country.

Include clear KPIs, timelines, and country-specific action plans.
