Position Summary:

To provide analytical, operational, and administrative support for the FHA Conduit line of business and to serve as a contributing member of the FHA Conduit team. The Pipeline Analyst is responsible for collecting, monitoring, reporting, and analyzing data related to FHA Conduit loan purchase and sale activities, as well as providing operational support and assisting in tracking loan performance results. Additional responsibilities include supporting the maintenance of documented FHA Conduit processes and procedures; assisting with the organization and integrity of the FHA Conduit’s document‑filing infrastructure; and supporting internal and external audits.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Transaction Monitoring & Reporting – 35%

Supports the FHA Conduit’s transactional pipeline by collecting and updating key loan data, tracking transaction progress, preparing status reports, and assisting in analyzing loan level and transactional performance results. Identifies data variances and helps recommend process improvements.

2. Transaction Support – 30%

Provides operational support for FHA Conduit activities in accordance with documented procedures, including: seller approval documentation, loan due diligence coordination, collateral document intake, purchase and sale =funding documents preparation, servicing transfer coordination, HMDA data compilation, audit support, hedge documents and assistance with execution of documents with trading counterparties.

3. Monthly Reporting Support – 20%

Prepares and validates monthly reporting for the FHA Conduit, including consolidated loan data. Assists in the review, reconciliation, and analysis of sub‑servicer reports such as servicing transfer data, trial balances, P&I and remittance reports, interim servicing activity, FHLB pledging data, and monthly accounting reporting.

4. File Infrastructure Maintenance – 10%

Supports the organization, accuracy, and completeness of the FHA Conduit’s document‑filing infrastructure, including collateral documents, to ensure proper retention, accessibility, and audit readiness.

5. Processes and Procedures Support – 5%

Assists in updating and maintaining the FHA Conduit’s documented processes and procedures to ensure they accurately reflect current practices and support operational consistency.

Skills Needed:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and data validation/data analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a time‑sensitive environment
  • Background in, or understanding of, residential real estate mortgages

Minimum Qualifications: 1-3 years of related analytical experience, FHA experience helpful

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field

Licenses/Certifications: N/A


Work Environment:

Hybrid – Employees will work from both remote and onsite locations. Employees must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the office and are currently required to be onsite at least two (2) days per week, specifically on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Certain positions or business needs may require additional in-office days.
