Weelborg Chevrolet of New Ulm is seeking a dependable, motivated self-starter and detail oriented Sales and F&I Manager.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the Finance & Insurance process, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and coach the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals
  • Structure deals for maximum profitability while maintaining transparency and trust
  • Collaborate with lenders and financial institutions to secure financing options
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets legal standards
  • Drive a customer-first approach throughout the sales and F&I process

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in automotive sales and F&I management
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of financing, leasing, and insurance products
  • A commitment to ethical practices and customer satisfaction
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
