We are looking for a “FI Cloud System Support Specialist” to be assigned to FI Cloud System Support Team Lead.

This position is open to candidates based in İzmir or İstanbul.

Responsibilities

• Managing the environments of financial customers within GlassHouse such as Server, Storage and Virtualization Environment (Vmware,KVM) is highly desirable
• Managing the environments of financial customers within GlassHouse such as Operating Systems (Windows, Linux) and Microsoft Family Systems
• Making performance analyzes and ensuring their improvement
• Managing change requests
• Managing Hardware and Software license inventory
• Providing fault tracking and coordination with third party service providers in infrastructure systems
• Managing patch management and upgrade processes at customers
• Following the technological developments closely and providing guidance within the team on the provision of know-how
• Managing vendor support by taking quick actions in case of a problem

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Information Technologies sector
• Experienced on Installation, Configuration, Monitoring, Management and Problem Solving in server virtualization technologies (VMware, servers and storage systems.
• Experience on Server Operating Systems Management and Configuration (Windows, Linux)
• Problem solving and analytical thinking skills
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure components (Server, Storage, Basic network etc.)
• Prone to teamwork
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English
