The F&I Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the Finance and Insurance operations within the showroom, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role involves managing the F&I team, driving profitability through effective sales of finance and insurance products, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Team Leader will act as a liaison between the sales department and financial institutions, ensuring smooth transaction processing and customer satisfaction.

Leadership & Team Management:

Supervise and guide the F&I team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Sales & Profitability:

Develop strategies to maximize penetration of finance and insurance products.

Review and approve all finance and insurance deals before submission.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Customer Service:
