F&I Team Leader

The F&I Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the Finance and Insurance operations within the showroom, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role involves managing the F&I team, driving profitability through effective sales of finance and insurance products, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Team Leader will act as a liaison between the sales department and financial institutions, ensuring smooth transaction processing and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


Leadership & Team Management:

  • Supervise and guide the F&I team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on finance and insurance products, compliance, and sales techniques.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching for continuous improvement.


Sales & Profitability:

  • Develop strategies to maximize penetration of finance and insurance products.
  • Review and approve all finance and insurance deals before submission.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of all transactions.


Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and audit trails for all F&I transactions.


Customer Service:

  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure a smooth and transparent process for customers purchasing finance and insurance products.


Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports to management.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend improvements to F&I offerings.
