Overview

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Public Adjuster to join our growing property claims team as a Field Adjuster serving Southern Arizona.

This position is intended for a polished, self-sufficient professional capable of independently handling field responsibilities associated with residential and commercial property claims.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with:

• property inspections,
• storm damage identification,
• Xactimate estimating,
• homeowner communication,
• and professional claim documentation.

We are looking for someone who can confidently represent the company in the field while helping move claims efficiently toward resolution.

This is a commission-based role with substantial earning potential and opportunities for long-term growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial property inspections throughout Southern Arizona
• Identify and document storm, water, fire, and related property damages
• Create accurate estimates using Xactimate
• Capture detailed photo reports, measurements, and field documentation
• Meet with homeowners, contractors, and insurance representatives as needed
• Assist with scope development and claim strategy support
• Coordinate with desk adjusters and internal claim staff
• Maintain organized file documentation and professional communication throughout the claims process
• Travel as needed for inspections and claim-related meetings

Requirements

• Active Arizona Public Adjuster License (Required)
• Prior experience handling property insurance claims in the field
• Strong Xactimate estimating experience
• Ability to write clean, accurate, and defensible estimates
• Strong understanding of roofing systems and storm-related damages
• Comfortable inspecting roofs and exterior property systems
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and capable of managing field responsibilities independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Roofing, restoration, or construction background
• Experience meeting with carrier adjusters during inspections
• Familiarity with residential and commercial property claims
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Expected annual earnings for experienced adjusters commonly range from $80,000–$150,000+ depending on production and claim involvement.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
