Arlonis located in Rancho Cucamonga, California and is a major manufacturer of specialty high performance laminate and prepreg materials for use in a wide variety of PCB (printed circuit board) applications.

Arlon specializes in thermoset resin technology including polyimide, high Tg multifunctional epoxy, and low loss thermoset laminate and prepreg systems. These resin systems are available on a variety of substrates including woven glass and non-woven aramid. Typical applications for these materials include advanced commercial and military electronics such as avionics, semiconductor testing, heat sink bonding, High Density Interconnect (HDI) and microvia PCB’s (i.e. in mobile communication products).

Our facility employs state of the art production equipment engineered to provide cost-effective and flexible manufacturing capacity allowing us to respond quickly to customer requirements while meeting the most stringent quality and tolerance demands. Summary

Responsible for handling PCB customer issues, analyzing and preparing service reports, organizing related data, and maintaining cooperative relationships with customers and suppliers.

Main Responsibilities

• Customer Technical Consultation: Respond to customer inquiries regarding application technologies, provide feedback to relevant departments, and offer technical consultations related to products.
• Competitor Research and Analysis: Analyze competitor features, benchmark our products, and provide explanations and recommendations.
• Business Partner Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with local customers, partners, and distributors.
• Project Management and Tracking: Monitor the progress of products at the customer site, assisting with testing, analysis, and mass production issues as needed.

Requirement and education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other technical facilities related degree is desirable
• At least 5 years of experience at PCB for manufacturing and design team.

Languages

• English and willing to learn Mandarin

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
