Job Description:

What you’ll be doing

• Good RF and microwave knowledge and experience to influence design with Richardson RFPD authorized lines, solution selling, socket replacement.
• should possess Excellent relationships with RF customers in government, defense, Infra market and private customers.
• Partner with sales team, provide technical support to customers and promote demand creation.
• Build rapport with key suppliers, align with both Richardson RFPD and supplier requirements, build funnel, periodical reporting as per supplier request.
• Participate in supplier training, strategic meetings, QBR and align with the expectations.
• Drive required results on DR, DWIN count and DWIN$ to meet the overall goal.

What we are looking for

• Typically requires a 4 year degree or Diploma and 3-10 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
