We act as a key partner for our clients by delivering exceptional quality, reliability, and safety in all that we do.Essential Responsibilities:
Assisting Construction and Engineering teams with field data collection milestone tracking schedule updates and stakeholder communication
Compiling and processing construction documentation such as redlines as-builts splice sheets and progress photos
Coordinating daily OSP operations with vendors and internal teams
Supporting material requests subcontractor management and invoice reviews
Entering production data employee and equipment timesheets and subcontractor reports
Assisting with pre-construction walkouts white lining and utility locates
Promoting Ledcor’s safety culture by actively supporting the Project Specific Safety Program (PSSP)
Qualifications:
Two or more years of construction experience, preferably in telecommunications
A mix of hands-on experience and/or technical training in a related trade or education program
Experience in coordination or data entry is a plus
Familiarity with construction documents drawings and specifications
Comfort with scheduling tools and digital platforms like Office 365 PDF editors SharePoint Google Drive and GIS mapping tools
Work Conditions:
This is a site-based position that will require travel as needed between various Ledcor offices and project work sites in Arizona
