Field Engineer – 12-Month Contract

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Field Engineer for a 12-month assignment based in Saudi Arabia. This role involves delivering high-quality technical services and support for synchronous and induction machines, as well as excitation and AVR systems, at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, refurbishment, and system upgrades
• Respond to emergency repair requests and provide technical support to customers
• Offer technical guidance to customer personnel on equipment operation and maintenance
• Prepare accurate and timely technical documentation, including reports, job status updates, and expense sheets
• Lead and coordinate work with on-site technical teams
• Ensure all work complies with required safety and technical standards

Required Experience

• Proven experience in field engineering with rotating machines and control systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and technical excellence
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple customer sites
