Field Engineer - ID Sales

Job Summary:

The ID FE (Field Engineer) will be responsible for delivering on action plans to achieve specified targets. Will work with Channel partners on strategic selling to meet and exceed sales targets, and uncover existing and future project opportunities. The Field Manager will influence key decision makers, buyer and owners.

Responsibility:

- Technical Support for Signage / Hotel TV / LED Signage / Solution

. Capability : Information Display Product & Solution Expert

. Activity : Field Support by Installation, Set-up, Configuration and Technical support on site

. Approach : Solving problem in technical perspectives and do installation on site

. Target Customers : End-customer / Partners (System Integrators, Solution)

. Intermediate network knowledge including troubleshooting.

. Basic file format knowledge such as ts, mpeg, jpeg etc.

. Basic command prompt knowledge.

. Intermediate windows knowledge.

. Basic Linux (centos) knowledge (nice to have).

- Understanding industrial trends and insights

- Business understandings & experiences in Signage / Hotel TV / LED Signage business

- Periodically reviews progress against plan and adjusts as necessary

- Conducts competitive analysis to identify opportunities

- Fosters relationships across multiple touchpoints of customer’s value chain (Marketing, Category Management, Supply Chain and Store Operations).

Cross-sell and up-sell the LG product line with the current System Integrator base

- Develops and makes presentations to the Customer to gain buy-in and alignment on proposed plans, strategies and initiatives

- Meets with customer on a regular basis to discuss issues, plans, initiatives, etc.

- Prospect for potential new system integrators

- Oversees plan and initiative Implementation collaboratively with customer

- Monitors account compliance with plans

Experience: Who has more than 4-years experience in below area

- Technical Support in AV / Display Business Area

- Experience in Project Leading for fulfillment in B2B

Education: BSC, Information Technology, Electronics, Electricity, Computer, AV Engineering

Language: English, Turkish

Skill Requirement:

- Good presentation skill / Consulting\

- MS Office : High-level in using Power Point / Excel High Level

- Multi-tasking / Communication skill / Good ideation / Good attitude in teamwork
