Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Engineer (Mechanical/Civil) to handle on-site installation, supervision, inspection, and project coordination.
The candidate will ensure smooth execution of field activities, quality compliance, client coordination, and proper reporting to the management.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & Supervision

• Handle installation and commissioning activities at client sites.
• Supervise contractors and manpower during site work.
• Ensure all work is carried out as per drawings, standards, and safety guidelines.

2. Technical Coordination

• Coordinate with design, production, and project teams for site requirements.
• Understand mechanical/civil drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
• Resolve technical queries at site and report issues to management.

3. Quality & Inspection

• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor alignment, leveling, foundation, welding, fitting, and structural work (as applicable).
• Prepare inspection reports and submit to management/client.

4. Client Communication

• Interact with clients for daily updates, requirements, and approvals.
• Attend site meetings and represent the company professionally.
• Maintain healthy and professional client relationships.

5. Material & Documentation

• Monitor material availability at site and coordinate with stores/purchase.
• Maintain site reports, work progress records, measurement sheets, and photographs.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

6. Safety Compliance

• Ensure safety norms are followed by contractors and workers.
• Identify site risks and ensure corrective actions.

Requirements

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• 1–8 years of experience in site execution / installation / project engineering
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Knowledge of installation work, fabrication, civil foundation, or mechanical assembly
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to travel to project sites as required
• Strong problem-solving and field handling skills

Preferred Skills

• Basic MS Excel & documentation
• Understanding of fabrication, erection, or mechanical installations
• Hands-on site supervision skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,021.17 per month
