What is Field Engineering Team (FET)?


The Field Engineering Team is a solution-oriented, agile organization designed to:


• Strengthen root cause analysis and close the loop between field experience and engineering

• Execute technical action plans that deliver measurable quality improvements

• Serve as a bridge between R&D, Quality, Field Services, Production, and Supply Chain

FET plays a central role in TEMSA's mission to deliver more durable, high-quality, and customer-focused products.



What is the job waiting for you?


  • Represent field issues and customer needs in product development discussions
  • Define and manage the backlog of your assigned FET team
  • Translate technical feedback into actionable user stories and solution plans
  • Prioritize based on business impact, customer urgency, and technical feasibility
  • Collaborate actively with R&D, Quality, Field Services, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to drive resolution plans.
  • Follow through on technical problems with clear quality KPIs and closure metrics
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement and reporting mechanisms
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, retrospectives) to ensure delivery discipline and team momentum.
  • Ensure corrective and improvement actions are defined, tracked, and closed with full cross-functional alignment.
  • Monitor performance indicators (e.g. recurrence rate, closure lead time, customer satisfaction) to validate the effectiveness of actions.
  • Represent the team in cross-functional governance and reporting forums.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in both team performance and technical resolution approaches.
  • Drive knowledge sharing and documentation of lessons learned to support long-term organizational learning.
  • Support coaching efforts within the team to promote an agile, customer-centric cul ture.



What we a re looking for?


  • Engineering degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D, field services, quality or related functions
  • Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with agile working models
  • Passion for improving product quality and customer experience
  • Ability to manage cross-functional coordination and complex problem-solving
