Field Executive

A Part-Time Field Executive in a pre-inspection company is responsible for on-site, pre-approval, or pre-delivery assessments of assets (homes, vehicles, or goods). They visit locations to verify conditions, document findings, and submit reports via mobile applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance before a final transaction or approval. Location: Field-based (requiring travel) Key Roles and Responsibilities

• On-site Inspection: Perform physical, "pre-inspection" visits to client homes, sites, or vendor locations to assess condition, quality, or compliance.
• Documentation & Photography: Take detailed, high-quality digital photos and videos of the asset (flooring, plumbing, electricals, vehicle panels, etc.) to document the current state.
• Report Generation: Complete inspection checklists and upload findings via mobile app or company software in real-time.
• Verification: Verify specific details, such as serial numbers, item counts, or pre-construction measurements, ensuring they match documentation.
• Client Coordination: Schedule visits based on customer convenience and maintain a professional demeanor on-site.
• Reporting Anomalies: Identify, document, and report any defects, damages, or non-conformities to the back-office team immediately.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering or similar fields is often preferred.
• Technical Literacy: Proficiency in using smartphone applications, tablets, and basic MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both local language and Hindi/English.
• Mobility: Valid driving license and own two-wheeler mandatory for traveling to sites.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minor issues or non-conformities during visual inspections.

Pay: ₹100.00 - ₹300.00 per hour
