Salary – ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and nurturing Preschool Teacher (Home Tutoring – Field Role) to provide personalized early childhood education at students’ homes. The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with young children, skilled in handling preschool curriculum, and able to create an engaging, fun, and safe learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily home tutoring sessions for preschool-aged children.
• Teach foundational skills such as literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and social interaction.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
• Use creative methods (storytelling, play-based learning, rhymes, art, and craft) to make learning enjoyable.
• Assess each child’s progress and share feedback with parents.
• Ensure a safe, caring, and supportive learning atmosphere at all times.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each child.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (ECCEd / B.Ed / Montessori Training preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience as a Preschool/Kindergarten Teacher or Home Tutor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for early childhood education.
• Willingness to travel within Navi Mumbai for home tutoring assignments.
