Qualification: Graduate (any stream) – ECCEd / B.Ed / Montessori Training preferred
Experience: 1–2 years (in preschool/early childhood teaching)
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to provide personalized home tutoring for early childhood learners. The teacher will focus on building strong learning foundations through interactive, activity-based, and child-centered teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home-based preschool teaching sessions for children aged 2–6 years.
• Plan and execute daily lesson plans aligned with early childhood education practices.
• Introduce children to foundational literacy, numeracy, social, and motor skills.
• Use interactive and Montessori-based teaching methods for holistic development.
• Maintain a nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environment.
• Provide regular progress updates and feedback to parents.
• Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independent learning in children.
• Adapt teaching techniques to suit the learning pace and needs of individual students.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any stream (ECCEd / B.Ed / Montessori certification preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in preschool/early childhood education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, caring, and creative personality.
• Passion for teaching and child development.
• Ability to engage children through storytelling, play-based learning, and activities.
