Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team in Thane (Panchpakdi). The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children, fostering their cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for pre-primary children.

Conduct activities to develop literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and creativity.

Maintain a safe, healthy, and stimulating classroom environment.

Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress and development.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s growth and behavior.

Encourage social and emotional development through structured and unstructured activities.

Requirements:

NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) / ECCED (Early Childhood Care & Education) certification.

1–2 years of experience in a pre-primary teaching role.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Passion for teaching and working with young children.
