Field HR Executive

Field Recruiter – Chennai (1–3 Years)

Job Type: Full-Time | Field Work | Travel Required
Location: Chennai
Experience: 1–3 years in field recruitment / bulk hiring

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle bulk hiring for on-site roles (target: 400 candidates).
• Visit field locations across Chennai for sourcing & onboarding.
• Source candidates through local networks, institutions, agencies, and job fairs.
• Screen, coordinate interviews, and complete joining formalities.
• Maintain daily hiring reports and ensure timely closures.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in field or volume recruitment.
• Comfortable with daily travel across Chennai.
• Good communication, local market knowledge & negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
