
Job Description:

Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs at field sites to ensure compliance with local and international regulations

Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions

Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and develop preventive measures to minimize recurrence

Deliver HSE training and awareness sessions to field personnel, contractors, and visitors
-
Prepare and maintain accurate HSE documentation, including reports, permits, and safety records
-
Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure readiness of emergency equipment and procedures
-
Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submission of required HSE reports and documentation
-
Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility among all field staff
-
Support the implementation of environmental management systems and sustainability initiatives

Monitor and report on key HSE performance indicators, recommending improvements as necessary
Requirements
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field

3-7 years of experience in HSE roles within oil & gas, energy, or industrial field environments

Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices applicable to field operations

Demonstrated experience conducting risk assessments and incident investigations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and engage field teams

Ability to work independently in remote or challenging field locations

Proficiency in preparing HSE reports and maintaining accurate documentation
-
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with emergency response planning and execution

Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development in HSE
