Field Investigator

The Field Investigator would conduct field investigation, case management and additional investigations as assigned by the supervisor that may include but not limited to; contacts with witnesses, interviewing of individuals, service of legal documents, online research, research of open sources and social media, court visits, court research, general investigation, surveillance, driving, sitting long periods in a vehicle, taking photos and video, securing evidence, being discreet.

Required:

• Basic report writing skills
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to travel (mostly Southern California)
• Ability to work long hours
• Critical thinking skills
• Diligent problem-solving skills
• Fluent with Microsoft software skills, e.g. Word, Outlook and etc.
• General knowledge of social media
• Clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Must meet background check requirements in compliance with California law.

• Ability to self manage

Desired:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Located in the San Fernando Valley, CA area
• Spanish speaking
• Licensed Private investigator
• Minimum Two Years in Insurance Investigations/Private Investigations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour
