Field Manager

Muller & Phipps Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking to fill Field Manager position for Rahim Yar Khan.

Job Description:

-Monitors sales staff performance of selling goods or services to existing and potential clients

-Sets sales targets for team and individual sellers-

Receives annual sales goals from executives, implements them accordingly, and regularly reviews sales figures

-Ensures field sales team meets said sales objectives

-Establishes techniques to maximize productivity and efficiency-Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

-Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence

-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

-Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

-Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Job Requirements:

-Education BBA/MBA Marketing degree in business administration.

-Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

-Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

-Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

-Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

-Gender: Male-Experience: 3-4 Years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing especially in FMCG required-Industry: FMCG

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
