Job Description - Field marketer
We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic pharmacy team. This role is essential in supporting various marketing initiatives in contributing to the overall growth and success of our growing brand.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to in-person, digital, and email marketing.
2. Ability to manage multiple projects, self-prioritize tasks and meet established deadlines efficiently.
3. Support SEO efforts by optimizing lead generation and monitoring performance metrics.
4. Collaborate with the pharmacy staff to create engaging visual content for use on various platforms.
5. Analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
6. Actively contribute to copywriting efforts for promotional materials, website content, and social media posts.
7. Perform any pharmacy-related marketing duties as required or assigned.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
Preferred Experiences:
1. A prior or current background/experience with pharmacy is highly preferred.
2. A background in marketing or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; internships or relevant coursework will be considered.
3. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as performance marketing, e-commerce strategies, and analytics tools is highly desirable.
4. Proficiency in creative design software is a plus but can be learned on the job.
5. Demonstrated strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
6. Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on copywriting abilities.
7. A clear proactive attitude towards learning new skills and adapting to changing environments in a fast-paced setting.
Employment Conditions:
Current and valid Michigan driver license and approved background check is required for initial hire and continued employment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
