Field Marketing Executive

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Field Marketing Executive who will be responsible for both promoting and directly selling our sessions/services to potential customers. This is a client-facing role that combines marketing, lead generation, and closing sales on the ground. Ideal for someone who is proactive, target-driven, and passionate about connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Actively promote and sell sessions/services directly to customers in assigned areas.
2. Identify potential leads through field activities like field visits, kiosks, events, and partnerships.
3. Clearly explain product/service benefits and convert prospects into paying customers.
4. Conduct field campaigns, distribute promotional materials, and ensure strong local brand visibility.
5. Take ownership of achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
6. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
7. Collect customer feedback and market insights to help improve services and campaigns.
8. Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and conversions.
9. Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 12th pass; bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
2. 0–2 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or similar roles. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
3. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Comfortable with field-based customer interaction.
5. Self-motivated and target-orientated with the ability to work independently.
6. Willingness to travel locally.
