Field Marketing Executive

We are looking for energetic and result-driven Field Marketing Executives to promote and sell a range of FMCG and other consumer products across retail shops and local markets. The role involves visiting shops daily, ensuring proper product display and visibility, maintaining strong relationships with retailers, and achieving monthly sales targets. Candidates should actively identify new shops, collect market feedback, and support local marketing and promotional activities. Applicants with a minimum qualification of +2 or a degree, preferably with 0–3 years of field sales experience, are encouraged to apply. A two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory. The position offers a competitive basic salary along with performance-based incentives, starting from a minimum target of ₹60,000 per month, with higher incentives and growth opportunities for exceeding sales goals. Travel and mobile allowances will be provided, along with continuous product and market training.
