Job Title: Field Marketing Executive – Driver Acquisition

Location: Coimbatore

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Visit key areas in Coimbatore to identify and onboard new drivers.
• Explain Rapido’s benefits, earnings, and incentives to potential drivers.
• Achieve daily/weekly driver sign-up and activation targets.
• Assist drivers with documentation, KYC, and app installation.
• Conduct basic field marketing activities like flyer distribution and small kiosk setups.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass; field sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and good local area knowledge.
• Two-wheeler with license is an added advantage.
• Must be comfortable with outdoor/field work.
