About Us

International Skills Club (ISC) is a fast-growing educational initiative under Young Indian Scientist Pvt Ltd, dedicated to developing 21st-century skills among students aged 9 to 17. We bridge the gap between academics and real-world learning through science, innovation, and talent-based programs across India and abroad.

We are now launching a new advertising campaign to onboard students nationwide — and we’re looking for enthusiastic telecallers to connect with parents, explain our programs, and help them join the ISC community.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential leads generated through advertisements, social media, and registration forms.
• Explain ISC programs, membership benefits, and course offerings in a clear and engaging manner.
• Follow up on inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email to ensure lead conversion.
• Maintain accurate lead details, call logs, and conversion status in CRM or Excel sheets.
• Meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rate.
• Provide feedback on campaign performance and lead quality to improve marketing strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: +2 / Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (other regional languages are an advantage).
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support preferred.
• Strong convincing skills and ability to handle objections professionally.
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
• Passionate about education and working with student-focused programs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
