Job Description:

We are hiring Field Marketing Executives to support on-ground promotions, brand awareness, and lead generation activities. The role involves interacting with customers, executing field campaigns, and increasing brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct field marketing activities, events, and promotions
• Approach potential customers and generate leads
• Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials
• Coordinate with vendors/partners for on-ground activities
• Collect customer feedback and submit daily reports
• Support sales team with lead follow-ups

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and comfortable with fieldwork
• Ability to meet daily/weekly activity targets
• Basic knowledge of marketing or sales is a plus
• Two-wheeler preferred (if required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
