Role Overview:

We are hiring a Field Marketing Executive to promote our digital marketing courses and generate new admissions. This is a commission-only field role, suitable for individuals who want to earn more per admission closed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit near by colleges, educational hubs, coaching centres, and student communities.
• Promote course details, fees, and career opportunities.
• Collect leads and convert them through follow-ups.
• Conduct small seminars/stall activities for student awareness.
• Maintain daily reporting of visits and leads.

Commission Structure:

• ₹1,500 commission per admission for regular courses.
• ₹2,000 commission for premium/advanced courses.
• Monthly performance bonus:
• 10+ admissions = ₹4,000 extra
• 20+ admissions = ₹8,000 extra
• Team referral bonus

Who Can Apply:

• Freshers or experienced marketing/sales candidates.
• Strong communication & student-handling skills.

NOTE: Performance based, this position becomes full-time

Pay: ₹10,460.43 - ₹32,153.57 per month
