• Job Description: Field Marketing Executive

Role Overview

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for increasing student admissions by promoting the school brand, generating inquiries, and converting leads through effective field and local marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute admission marketing activities in nearby areas
• Conduct field visits to societies, apartments, daycares, tuition classes, and shops
• Generate admission inquiries and maintain proper lead records
• Follow up with parents via calls, WhatsApp, and personal visits
• Support admission campaigns, events, roadshows, and school promotions
• Coordinate with Center Head and management to achieve admission targets
• Collect market feedback and competitor information
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Ability to interact confidently with parents
• Willingness to work in field marketing
• Local area knowledge (Wagholi, Kesnand, Lohegaon preferred)
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps, WhatsApp, and Excel
• Experience in school or education marketing is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
