About The Position

As the Field Marketing Manager at One Call Construction, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy and team. You'll build and lead a dynamic field canvassing team from the ground up, designing and executing local lead generation campaigns that drive our success. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include recruiting, training, and managing team members, as well as tracking performance data to ensure we meet our ambitious goals. With a focus on collaboration, you'll work closely with leadership to align strategies and maximize our return on investment.
