Field Marketing Representative – Water Filtration

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients and setting appointments for our sales team. Your ability to engage with prospects through effective communication and negotiation will be key to driving business development and contributing to our growth. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to utilize various CRM software tools.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate leads and set appointments with potential clients.
  • Utilize warm calling techniques to engage prospects and build rapport.
  • Effectively communicate the value of our products/services to potential customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from appointment setting to sales presentations.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance negotiation skills and product knowledge.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment generation process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with technology sales and technical sales concepts is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for tracking leads and managing customer interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in business development and outbound calling strategies is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
