Dallas, United States

At Perry Weather, we build technology that helps organizations stay safe, operational, and confident when weather conditions change. From the PGA, MLB, NFL and top construction companies to thousands of schools and cities across the country, our products are used in the moments that matter most. We combine software, integrated hardware, and real-time data into one cohesive system - giving teams the clarity and tools they need to make faster, smarter decisions when lives, assets, and operations are on the line.

We’re growing fast and looking for a Field Marketing Manager to take our event and partnership activation strategy to the next level. From major trade shows to local meetups and partner-hosted events, your work will directly fuel pipeline growth and help our sales team connect with customers across the country.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive pipeline growth by designing and executing regional field programs such as trade shows, industry conferences, in-person meetups, webinars, and customer events, all tied to measurable revenue goals.
  • Leverage Perry Weather’s partnerships with high school athletic associations, PGA sections, and other industry organizations to co-host events, sponsor activations, and create unique engagement opportunities that expand our reach and influence.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Partnerships to strategically activate our partner network through co-branded events, presentations, and marketing campaigns that drive awareness and qualified leads.
  • Own the full event lifecycle, including budgeting, logistics, creative direction, promotion, on-site execution, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
  • Partner with Sales to identify target accounts and design experiences that accelerate deal progression, strengthen relationships, and generate net-new opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, and customer success teams to ensure every event reinforces our brand story and business priorities.
  • Experiment with new formats such as pop-up activations and hands-on safety workshops that cut through the noise and make Perry Weather stand out in competitive environments.
  • Measure what matters by tracking event performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution, providing regular insights and recommendations to sales and leadership.
  • Stay agile and adapt plans quickly as sales priorities, market conditions, and partnership opportunities evolve.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation at a fast-growing B2B or SaaS company.
  • Proven success planning and executing events that directly influenced or generated pipeline.
  • A strong understanding of partner marketing and channel activation, ideally with associations, conferences, or membership-based organizations.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to manage budgets, measure ROI, and communicate results clearly.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially working cross-functionally with sales and partnerships teams.
  • Strong project management and vendor coordination skills with the ability to juggle multiple events and competing priorities.
  • A blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution from concept to cleanup.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 30%.
