What You’ll Do:

• Build, lead, and manage a high-performance door-to-door field marketing team
• Recruit, onboard, and coach new sales reps
• Lead by example in the field with personal production
• Track team KPIs and performance
• Promote a high-energy, winning culture

• Educate homeowners on solar benefits and generate qualified appointments
