Position Overview
The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for building strong community relationships and generating new patient leads through local outreach initiatives. This role serves as the face of The Joint Chiropractic within the community by developing partnerships with businesses, schools, churches, fitness centers, apartment communities, and local organizations, while coordinating and attending events, festivals, health fairs, and promotional table activations.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, organized, and passionate about helping people improve their health and wellness through chiropractic care.
Key Responsibilities
Community Outreach & Relationship Development
- Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, schools, churches, gyms, wellness organizations, and community groups.
- Conduct regular in-person visits to prospective partner locations to introduce The Joint Chiropractic and establish referral opportunities.
- Develop strategic outreach plans to increase community visibility and drive new patient traffic.
- Maintain a consistent weekly outreach schedule within assigned territories.
Event & Lead Generation Marketing
- Coordinate, schedule, and attend community events including:
- Health fairs
- Festivals
- Farmers markets
- Sporting events
- School functions
- Corporate wellness events
- Chamber of Commerce events
- Vendor/table events
- Set up and manage branded event tables and promotional materials.
- Engage attendees in conversation about chiropractic care and the benefits of The Joint Chiropractic membership model.
- Generate qualified new patient leads and schedule appointments when appropriate.
- Track event performance, lead counts, and conversion metrics.
Brand Representation
- Represent The Joint Chiropractic professionally and enthusiastically within the community.
- Educate prospective patients on services, wellness benefits, pricing plans, and membership options.
- Ensure all outreach and marketing activities align with brand standards and messaging.
Marketing Coordination
- Collaborate with clinic staff and leadership to support promotional campaigns and grand openings.
- Assist with grassroots marketing initiatives, referral programs, and local advertising opportunities.
- Distribute promotional materials and maintain outreach inventory.
Administrative & Reporting Duties
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, partnerships, and lead generation efforts.
- Submit weekly activity reports and performance updates.
- Monitor ROI and effectiveness of community marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, community outreach, sales, promotions, or business development preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable initiating conversations and networking in public settings.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple events and relationships simultaneously.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality.
- Experience with event marketing, lead generation, or healthcare/wellness marketing is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to lift and transport event materials, tables, tents, and signage as needed.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
