Job Purpose:
To execute field marketing activities across Barns branches by activating promotional campaigns, preparing marketing materials, and monitoring the implementation of the visual identity at branch level contributing to an exceptional customer experience and a stronger brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute marketing campaigns at branches in line with the plan set by management.

Distribute promotional and advertising materials to target branches and ensure correct display.

Follow up with branches to ensure proper implementation of visual identity and promotional materials.

Support launch events, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives in the field.

Submit periodic reports covering field observations, branch readiness, and improvement recommendations.

Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams on display and visual presentation issues.

Participate in maintaining the branch database and promotional inventory records.

Respond promptly to field marketing needs at both existing and new branches.

Support the marketing team with logistical and administrative tasks related to field activities.

Lead and execute field activities and partnerships in collaboration with agencies.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in field marketing or operations within a multi-branch environment.

Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills with high attention to detail.

Effective communicator with the ability to coordinate across teams.
