Description
The Field Marshal sits at the heart of operations—overseeing gameplay, player safety, game flow, customer experience, and the performance of marshal staff. This person ensures every session runs seamlessly, safely, and with high energy.
Responsibilities
Session Leadership & Management
- Lead each combat simulation session: ensure timely briefing, equipment setup, and game start.
- Oversee standard operating procedures and adjust as needed.
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce safety rules, gear checks, and fair play at all times.
- Respond to any safety incidents or rule violations immediately and professionally.
Customer Experience
- Guide players through equipment, rules, and mission objectives.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and escalate issues to venue management.
Operations & Game Flow
- Monitor session timing, transitions, and maintain battlefield readiness.
- Provide input on mission design based on observation and guest feedback.
Equipment Oversight
- Ensure combat gear and hi‑tech hardware (iCombat rifles, vests, headgear) are operational and well maintained.
Incidents & Reporting
- Document session metrics: attendance, incidents, customer feedback.
- Communicate observations and improvement opportunities to management.
Other requirements
- Demonstrated experience within leisure & entertainment, preferably within high-energy concepts.
- Highly fluent in English. Being bilingual is a plus.
- Qualifications (High school minimum), First Aid and CBI certificates (Preferred but not mandatory).
- Available to work flexible hours based on assigned shifts, weekends & public holidays.
