Description:

We are seeking a motivated Field Officer (Rice Specialist) to support on-ground operations in Melsi, Depalpur, Pakpattan, and Vehari. The role involves working closely with farmers, monitoring rice crop performance, and ensuring smooth implementation of field strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to provide technical guidance on rice crop management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, growers, and local stakeholders.
• Monitor crop growth and recommend solutions for pest, disease, and nutrient management.
• Organise field demonstrations and awareness sessions with farmers.
• Collect field data, prepare reports, and share insights with management.
• Support procurement and delivery processes related to rice production.

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field.
• 2–3 years of field experience (preferably in Rice Crop).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in rural field areas.

Location: Melsi, Depalpur, Pakpattan, Vehari

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000

Timings: Mon–Fri 9 AM to 6 PM | Sat 10 AM to 4 PM
