To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for a new Field Operations Engineer :

Job purpose:

Process tickets related to installation, replacement, pull-out and maintenance within assigned SLA and according to the guidelines across Gidea Egypt’s G-POS (ECR)

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Receive and process tickets related to installation, replacement, pull-out and maintenance on G-POS (ECR)
• Ensure tickets are processed and completed within SLA
• Update ticket status on G-POS (ECR)

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Fresh grads are welcome to apply
• Track record of meeting SLAs
• Track record showing good technical fundamentals.
