Field Operations Manager
to manage the operational workforce between our branch network and headquarters and ensure effective coordination.
Purpose of the Position
This position will be responsible for planning and executing branch operations end-to-end, ensuring strong coordination and communication between head office and field teams, and leading the optimization, control, and development of processes.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor branch operational processes; ensure coordination between the head office and field teams.

Ensure operational processes are carried out in compliance with internal standards, regulations, and legal requirements.

Lead process mapping, workflow analysis, and optimization; design and implement improvement/adaptation projects that enhance operational efficiency.

Analyze feedback, reports, and data from field operations; identify improvement opportunities; monitor operational risks and develop action plans to mitigate these risks.

Define, track, and regularly report on performance metrics (KPIs).

Manage both field and head office operations teams: task allocation, leave/overtime/scheduling, performance evaluation, and development planning for employees.

Monitor sectoral regulations, laws, and internal quality standards; maintain a compliance- and quality-focused approach in operational processes.

Ensure effective and regular communication with internal stakeholders (field managers, IT, quality, finance, etc.) to foster coordination and collaboration.

Prepare necessary authorizations, alternative plans, and crisis management processes to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Required Qualifications

University degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering or related fields).

At least 7 years of experience in operational management, branch-headquarters coordination, and field operations in the financial sector.

Experience in process planning, workflow design, and operational optimization.

Proficient in data analysis, KPI definition/tracking, and reporting; analytical mindset.

Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and team management skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, results-oriented, and strategic approach.

Open to change and development, adaptable to a flexible working environment.

No travel restrictions; valid class B driver's license and active driving skills.
