Field Operator

We’re looking for experienced Field Operators for Oil & Gas operations with experience in live plants, having exposure to MEP, instrumentation, control room operations, equipment parameter monitoring, variation assessments, and daily operational reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate equipment in live plant environments safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine field inspections and coordinate with control room operations.
• Support MEP and instrumentation-related activities during operations and maintenance.
• Monitor equipment operating parameters and perform variation assessments including pressure
• Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure smooth plant functioning.
• Follow all safety procedures, operational standards, and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in live plant operations (Oil & Gas).
• Mechanical Engineering Degree or 3-year Diploma from a certified/recognized college.
• Experience in MEP, instrumentation, control room operations, variation assessments, and daily reporting.
• Strong understanding of plant operations and safety procedures.
• H2S certification preferred.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• GCC experience preferred.
